The Award was presented by Smt. Anupriya Patel, Hon’ble Minister of State for Chemicals & Fertilizers and Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, to Mr. Prabh Das, MD&CEO, HMEL, during a gala ceremony held on January 27, 2026 at New Delhi.
