HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) was honoured with the prestigious ‘Make in India Champion of the Year’ award at the FICCI Chemicals and Petrochemicals Awards 2025, recognizing the HMEL’s indigenous development of Metallocene LLDPE grades and High Molecular Weight Large Blow Molding (LBM) grade.
The Award was presented by Smt. Anupriya Patel, Hon’ble Minister of State for Chemicals & Fertilizers and Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, to Mr. Prabh Das, MD&CEO, HMEL along with Mr. M S Battu, VP-Marketing (Petrochemicals) and Mr. Vineet Gupta, GM-Marketing, during a gala ceremony held on January 27, 2026 at New Delhi.
