HMEL’s Guru Gobind Singh Refinery was awarded ‘Refinery of the Year’ in above 9MMTPA category for excellence in production, community development and overall operations by Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI). The award was presented by Hon’ble Minister of P&NG and Steel Sh. Dharmendra Pradhan to Mr M K Surana, CMD, HPCL, Mr Prabh Das, MD & CEO, HMEL and the entire HMEL Senior Leadership Team on 2nd December, 2019 at New Delhi.
