Mr. Banthia has been Chief Financial Officer of HMEL since April 2011. He has over three decades of extensive experience including sixteen years of international experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, finance, commercial and management of various companies.
He has been associated with various projects of Mr. L N Mittal in steel as well as in oil & gas since April 1995. Prior to this, he worked at Lovelock & Lewes (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) for seven years in audits, computer assurance and special assignments.
Mr. Banthia is a rank holding Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
