HMEL marked its 18th Founders’ Day on July 25, 2025, with spirited celebrations across all business locations—Noida, Bathinda, and Pipeline offices. The day began with a pledge-taking ceremony, reaffirming employees’ commitment to the organisation’s values and growth. A special Townhall was held on July 29, 2025 at Bathinda in the presence of Mr. Vikas Kaushal, C&MD, HPCL & Chairman, HMEL, Mr. S. Bharathan, Director-Refineries, HPCL & Director, HMEL and Mr. Prabh Das, MD & CEO, HMEL. The leadership interacted with employees, inaugurated the HMEL Flag, and felicitated Long Service and Quarterly Conclave Award winners. In the evening, a grand cultural programme was organised at GGSR Township, Bathinda, featuring over 100 employees and family members in vibrant performances. A blood donation camp was also conducted, with 165+ employees and contractors contributing to the noble cause. Simultaneously, Noida office witnessed energetic performances, including dance, music, a skit on Artificial Intelligence, and the screening of the campaign film ‘Aisi Energy Kahin Nahi’. Senior leadership including Mr. Harak Banthia, CFO, HMEL, Mr. M.B. Gohil, COO, HMEL, Vice Presidents, and HMPL team members actively participated across locations. The 18th Founders’ Day reflected HMEL’s core values of unity, commitment, and shared purpose, celebrating its journey and future aspirations with pride and passion.
