Ms. Vanisha Mittal Bhatia is a non-independent Director of ArcelorMittal. She was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors at LNM Holdings in June 2004.In December 2004, she was appointment to the Board of Directors of Mittal Steel, where she played a vital role in the Procurement department by spearheading several key initiatives, notably the Total Cost of Ownership program. She joined Aperam in April 2011 and since then has held the position of Chief Strategy Officer. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the European Business School.
